In 2018, Dr. Harish was diagnosed with diabetes and was dangerously obese. He was an Ayurvedic physician who couldn't help himself. That changed everything.
He built it on a mat, 20 kg overweight, with a diabetes diagnosis and a growing sense that everything he'd been taught — and teaching — was incomplete.
Dr. Harish Ravi Warrier comes from a family of three generations of Ayurvedic physicians in Kerala. He grew up with Ayurveda not as a subject but as a way of life. And yet, in 2018, his own health collapsed.
He traveled across India, went back to the Charaka Samhita — not the textbook summaries, but the original — and found what modern Ayurveda had quietly dropped: Krama. The sequencing principle. The idea that healing must happen in a specific, unbreakable order. Rasa first. Then Rakta. Then Mamsa. Nothing works before its time.
That insight became the Gut Reset System. He reversed his own diabetes, lost 20kg+ in 6 months, and has since helped over 35,000 people apply the same principle to their bodies.
Grew up in a Kerala family of Ayurvedic doctors. Ayurveda was not studied — it was lived.
A physician who couldn't help himself. The wake-up call that sent him back to the source — the Charaka Samhita — not the textbooks.
Applying Krama — the dhatu-sequential principle — to himself first. Six months. The system worked before he taught it to anyone.
Co-founded with his business partner and wife. Built the first structured Gut Reset program for public access.
The 3-Day Gut Reset Workshop, 21-Day Prakriti Challenge, and ROOTS programs reach people across India and internationally.
Delivered a TEDx talk on why gut healing fails and why sequencing — Krama — is the missing link in modern wellness.
